WLAN 802.11g

Wireless communication via Industrial Wireless LAN is already used as a solution in many applications. For example, in mobile network participants such as driverless transport systems or in crane applications. With Wi-Fi 6 or WLAN 6, a new standard is available that is intended to increase performance.

Wi-Fi 6 is the new name for the WLAN standard WLAN 802.11ax, successor to WLAN 802.11ac, which was introduced in 2013. All standards are based on the designation IEEE 802.11 supplemented by the prefix b, g, ac as well as ax. WLAN 802.11n now bears the designation Wi-Fi 4, WLAN 802.11ac the designation Wi-Fi 5 and WLAN 802.11ax the current version Wi-Fi 6. (Source)
