DATAEAGLE Wireless PLC / IO

With the DATAEAGLE 2000 series, you can set up wireless IO-IO, IO-Fieldbus, or Fieldbus-Fieldbus communication. They function as basic devices and are combined with different IO cards or Fieldbus interfaces to obtain a robust wireless solution. With different transmission technologies, these devices can transmit data over distances of up to 3 km.

Depending on the housing and the support of different Fieldbus options, the devices are available in Compact, X-treme, or Classic version. With certain combinations of these versions, different types of solutions are possible, such as wireless IO solutions, wireless Fieldbus converter, and IoT solutions.

The IP67 rated device is suitable for transmission over a distance of up to 70 m. It is equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy for higher transmission capacity thanks to wider bandwidth and it has different options for IO communication. This plug-and-play solution has an integrated antenna and is available in different sets.

An individual unit can communicate wirelessly with:

• DATAEAGLE X-treme IO 2730 (for wireless transmission of digital and analog signals)
• DATAEAGLE Compact 2730 (for wireless transmission to a Fieldbus system or for an IoT solution)

This device with IP20 protection is suitable for transmission over a distance of up to 300 m. It transmits the data via Bluetooth 2.1 and up to 5 IO cards can be integrated simultaneously with this basic module. With different Fieldbus options on the transmitter and receiver side, a wireless Fieldbus converter solution is also possible.

This device is suitable for transmission over a distance of up to 300 m. It is IP20 rated and uses Bluetooth 2.1. It can be paired with the Compact version to enable wireless transmission between IO and Fieldbus or to produce a wireless Fieldbus converter solution.

This device can establish wireless communication with:

This device is equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy and is suitable for wireless transmission up to a distance of 70 m. It is IP20 rated and functions as a gateway for wireless IO signals to Fieldbus signals. It can also transmit data to the cloud and act as an important component in an IoT solution.

This individual device communicates wirelessly with:

This device uses 868/869 MHz (Europe) or 900-915 MHz (America) frequency to transmit data over a long distance of approx. 3 km. It is suitable for IO-IO transmission and also supports Fieldbus transmissions. It is protected in IP20 housing and a maximum of 5 IO cards can be connected to this basic unit at a time.
