The IoT Gateway is an interface that simplifies the process of transferring data to a cloud. For example, DATAEAGLE 7000 IIoT Gateways transmit the data of Things (e.g. sensors or machines) to an Industrial Cloud. In this way, data can also be sent bidirectionally from the cloud to the Thing (IoT device). This is important, for example, to enable safety-relevant firmware updates.
