We are manufacturer for industrial radio data transmission systems and IIoT products

For over 35 years we at Schildknecht AG have been developers, manufacturers and system providers for industrial wireless solutions. Our core competence is safe and stable radio transmissions, as required in crane technology, water management, stage technology, paper&pulp industry, hoists, lift and cable car systems, transport vehicles and many other areas. For this purpose, we develop radio data transmission systems for industrial use with our product line DATAEAGLE. Our highly reliable and patented radio links for PROFIBUS and PROFINET transmissions, including PROFIsafe and openSAFETY via UDP, have met with particularly high market acceptance.
We are also an IoT system provider in the field of remote maintenance, telemetry and M2M solutions as well as condition monitoring. Here we design – very often together with our customers – their individual business models in the context of IIoT and Industry 4.0. The technological basis for this is provided by our DATAEAGLE 7000 series of mobile IoT-gateways with their integrated and globally deployable SIM card at a low-cost standard rate together with the DATAEAGLE Portal device cloud.

Wireless Sensor

DATAEAGLE provides an ideal solution for wirelessly integrating wired and Bluetooth Low Energy sensors into control systems or the cloud. Industry 4.0 enables new business models in production, maintenance, and monitoring. With global gateways like the DATAEAGLE 2730 Cloud series and universal eSIM cards, globally installed machines and sensors can securely transmit signals and data sources such as diagnostic messages or level measurements to the cloud via mobile network connections.

Condition Monitoring System

Condition monitoring for machines and systems enables production and quality assurance. Sensors collect operational data to prolong the functionality of machines. Data transmission and analysis are crucial. Schildknecht AG offers a ready-to-use system: multisensor, IoT gateway (DATAEAGLE 2730) with eSIM card, and cloud dashboard (DATAEAGLE Portal). The system is suitable for new and existing installations. The CISS sensor by Bosch enables remote condition monitoring, transmitting via Bluetooth Low Energy to the IoT gateway DATAEAGLE 2730. Up to 8 sensors can be used simultaneously. The data is preprocessed and transmitted to a cloud portal at intervals.
