- Customer Level 2 – User that can see & set-up reports and devices
- Device Management functions DATAEAGLE Portal:
- set-up of users (Operator Level 1)
- set-up of devices, change of device configuration eg. transmitting intervalls
- set-up of dashboards and alarms
- Scope of delivery: set-up of the user (Customer Level 2 ), 1 device and 1 report, Basic Training
- Credit packages for connectivity (first package included)
- Credits are the unit for the connectivity (sending data from gateway to DATAEAGLE Portal); the volume depends on the application and the interval
- Example: 4 DI are transmitted 6 times / day are appr. 50 Credits / month
- Email, SMS, voice call – Alerts
